WATER LEAKS:
In the event of a burst pipe or water leak, immediately turn off your main valve. The duplexes’ main valves are located in the kitchen pantry.

ELECTRICAL ISSUES:
If you have electrical issues such as your outlets not working, check the breaker box for tripped breakers. The duplexes are located on the wall behind the bedroom door.
